All the talk will be about if /when Buddy kicks his 1000th goal and it will be a truly momentous occasion, but here’s hoping he doesn’t kick it in this game.

Despite being 5 away from reaching the magical 1000, GWS will do everything to hold him back.

Along with this, no one wants Buddy to kick it at Accor Stadium – also known as Stadium Australia, one of the worst venues to host an AFL game and most people aren’t happy about footy being back there.

As for the match itself, the Sydney Derby has proven to be quite the matchup in recent times, with the Giants holding on by a point in a heart-stopping finish in last years Elimination Final down in Tassie.
