The Dockers will be looking to atone for last week’s forgettable performance against the Demons when they travel back home to Perth to face the Giants.

Freo weren’t awful by any stretch in Round 1, but their wayward goal-kicking and troubles around the stoppages eventually cost them down the stretch.

GWS, meanwhile, were unlucky to lose to the Saints in their home-opener.

The lead swung back and forth throughout the day, only for Callum Ward to be pinned holding the ball to setup St Kilda’s game-winning goal with less than a minute remaining.

While last week’s result stung, the Giants should feel pretty good about themselves heading into their first road game of the season.

Leon Cameron’s side pulled off a big win in Round 14 against the Dockers in Perth last year to keep their finals hopes alive, and a repeat result isn’t out of the question if Toby Greene and Harry Himmelberg can fire like they did last week.

It’s fair to expect much more from these two sides moving forward, but with the Giants boasting a strong 2-0 record as the away favourite against Freo, there’s some good value on offer here.
